Zach Parker owner and operator of B.E. Scott’s Barbeque has long had the passion for cooking whole hog BBQ. Zach like few others understands the art and patience required to generate the decadent flavor of hickory smoked BBQ. He apprenticed at his father’s side for several years learning the ins and outs of B.E. Scott’s Barbeque that originated in 1962. His restaurant is his pride and joy. Zach’s genuine love for BBQ motivates him throughout the long hours required daily to produce consistent good quality meat. Even though the hours are long Zach believes he is lucky to make his living at what so many others only get to enjoy as a hobby.
